THE CHALLENGE

THE SOLUTION
- Ecoasis recommended a Level 1 Energy Audit, following the internationally recognised American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standard. This method provides a broad evaluation of energy consumption based on utility data, site observations and qualitative assessments, offering a practical entry point into energy optimisation.
- The audit involved a thorough analysis of historical utility bills, helping to identify patterns of consumption and potential inefficiencies. These findings were cross-referenced with industry benchmarks to assess the building’s performance relative to similar facilities.
