THE SOLUTION
- To address the resort’s steam generation needs, Ecoasis supplied, installed and commissioned a 1.25 tph steam boiler equipped with advanced process logic control (PLC) technology. This high-efficiency system delivers reliable steam generation while minimising fuel consumption and environmental impact.
- Cutting-edge boiler technology is designed for optimal performance, producing high-pressure steam with minimal fuel wastage. The combustion system is engineered to emit lower emissions, significantly reducing the resort’s carbon footprint.
- The system is further enhanced by smart PLC-based automation, which provides real-time performance monitoring and automatically adjusts combustion cycles to maximise fuel efficiency. This advanced control system reduces the need for manual intervention, maintaining consistent performance while lowering operating costs.
Ecoasis managed the entire installation process, from logistics coordination to system integration, overcoming the challenges of the remote location while ensuring minimal disruption to the resort’s daily operations.
