At Ecoasis, we’re proud to contribute to Oficea’s sustainability objectives through our collaboration on three landmark projects: PIAZZA, The POD, and The Factory, located within Vivéa Business Park. The three installations have been implemented this year, with the Factory successfully commissioned by CEB this week.

Thanks to EnVolt’s strategic investment initiatives, all three buildings now benefit from tailored solar solutions that not only reduce carbon footprint but also align with Oficea’s vision for greener, smarter workspaces.

All systems are powered by SolarEdge inverters with optimisers, enabling enhanced performance and real-time monitoring. Together, they generate approximately 108 MWh of clean electricity annually, directly supporting Vivéa’s Smart City goals of promoting active, green, and connected workspaces.

These installations are a testament to how Ecoasis, Oficea, and EnVolt are working hand-in-hand to build a more sustainable and resilient business landscape in Mauritius.
