Ecoasis is proud to announce the successful installation of a 110kW Air Handling Unit (AHU) for one of the restaurants at Ascencia ‘s Bagatelle Mall, a project that exemplifies the combination of sustainable development, energy efficiency, and comfort.
This installation is more than just cooling. It is a step forward in smarter, greener building solutions:
- Energy-efficient performance with automated chilled water valve control
- Improved indoor air quality through fresh air dampers
- Seamless integration with the existing Building Management System (BMS) for smart monitoring and control
- Adaptive airflow enabled by variable speed fan technology
- Long-term durability with corrosion-resistant materials
Thanks to the centralised chiller system designed and implemented by Ecoasis in 2023, Bagatelle Mall now benefits from a robust and flexible air conditioning infrastructure. This makes future expansions or modifications smooth and efficient for operations teams, tenants, and customers alike.
This initiative is part of Bagatelle Mall’s broader sustainability journey, which includes:
- Expanding solar energy use to provide cleaner energy
- Implementing sustainable air conditioning systems
- Strengthening its sorting and recycling procedure
